The focus of my business since 1982 has been to assist people and organizations in assessing and utilizing their human capital to benefit the individual, the company and the clients served. I’ve done this by various modalities: Speaking, Training, Consulting, Facilitating and Coaching. The environments have varied from corporate headquarters to locations in the mountains and on the beaches to community college business centers and on-line Webinars. It matters not where or how but that the commitment and intention is there to provide valuable information to assist people in developing in a safe and trusting environment and then to follow through with what has begun after the training. You make the choices and I’ll happily be there to coach you through those decisions.

My goal is to provide you with the information, tools, resources and support needed to enhance your own learning and those around you. Learning tools and assessments have been a major part of my business for 23 years.
